With experience in project management, planning and processes, we design the project installation phase based on the full electrical package. We effectively manage all our projects from tender through to completion, delivering the project within budget and as per the client’s timetable.
Our involvement from the tender stage means that we can apply our financial planning and commercial controls at the design stage of the project. Utilising our management tools and processes during this early stage of the project, we take full advantage of the opportunity to structure the project planning and management reporting protocols. Managing the detail and working with complete transparency with our client, we confidently take full accountability for the installation phase based on the excellence of our project design.

As no two lighting projects are the same, we provide a bespoke LED lighting design service which we tailor to meet each particular project’s specifications. Our innovative lighting designs are fit for purpose and adhere to relevant lighting guides and best practice.

We invest in creating on-site offices and site stations which aid productivity on our larger projects. Site offices have a direct 4G link with our head office, providing the project and the installation team direct access to all the latest project management tools, job files, drawings and reports.
Our attention to detail underpins the management of all our installations. We manage every project on a 90-day project planning cycle, specific to the site. As part of our quality control process, we complete on-site audits for each stage of the project. We do on-going sample testing on up to 20% of the installation. We record test results directly on-site and certificates are issued and retained in electronic format.
NCD Electrical (NI) Ltd is certified to install and commission Pod Point home charging points. Pod Point is the UK’s largest independent provider of electric vehicle charging.
We are also approved to install Rolec EV charging points. Rolec EV ranges are specially designed to offer all types and modes of electrical vehicle charging for your home, commercial/workplace and on-street charging points.
Aftercare
We offer a full-service solution from design through to aftercare. We strive to achieve the highest standards during the installation phase of a project by implementing our extensive on-site quality control process of stage testing and auditing. As an integral part of any project, our aftercare team become our client’s point of contact, post-project completion. They continue to support projects by attending to any electrical matters, should they arise, during the agreed defects period. Our quality control process minimises the number of defects on project completion, while our dedicated aftercare team are available to rectify and fine-tune the electrical performance to certify that it functions as per the design and installation specifications and standards. The aftercare team ensure full integration of the electrical and auxiliary systems.
